「Harem! Rush Impish Fantasy」は、マウス操作でプレイする2Dアクションゲーム(一人称視点)。
女性だけの異世界「エスタリア」に転生した主人公が、聖女クラリスと共にセクシーな魔族と戦い、洗脳された女性軍団を浄化していくというコメディストーリー。魔王を倒し、エスタリアを危機から救おう！
ゲームの操作は主にマウスで攻撃・防御・受け流し・回避をコントロール。
スキル発動はキーボードボタン。レベルアップでステータス強化や新スキル習得が可能。
武器タイプを選択し、戦闘スタイルに合った戦士もしくは魔法使いとしてプレイできます。
適切なタイミングで受け流しや回避を行い、敵に反撃する戦闘システムを体験しよう！
敵を倒して報酬を獲得し、聖槍で洗脳された少女を浄化せよ！
浄化ポイント(PP)を貯めると、戦闘を助けるスライムや触手スキルが使えるようになる。
小悪魔的な魔族たちも、君から報酬を奪いに来るので注意しよう！

Harem! Rush Impish Fantasy is a mouse-based 2D action game with 1st-person view. Reincarnated to the other world named Estalia, the world with only women. Help Clarisse, the saint, to fight against sexy demonesses and purify brainwashed female armies through the comedy story. Defeat the demon lord to save Estalia from this crisis.
This game mainly uses the mouse to attack, guard, parry and evade. Keyboard button for skill. You can increase status and upgrade new skills after leveling up. You can choose the weapon type and play as a fighter or magic user that suits your play style. Experience the combat system by parrying and evading at the right timing to strike back at the enemy.
Beat the enemy and collect your reward; purify the brainwashed women with your holy lance! You will gain purification points (PP) to use slime and tentacle skills to help you in combat. Be careful; the impish demonesses can also collect a reward from you as well!!!
